BCT Partners’ approach to program management services is centered on strengthening the capacity of our clients. We not only bring our vast experience in areas of housing and community development, economic development, education, and the like, but we also engage our clients as partners and integral stakeholders, recognizing the value of incorporating their experience. From corporate employees to residents living in affordable housing to the leadership and staff of direct service organizations – such as non-governmental organizations and other community-based organizations – our stakeholders and clients are an integral part of our collaborative program management process. BCT has worked successfully with major corporations, federal, and municipal government agencies, foundations, nonprofit, and faith-based organizations to strengthen their management capacity as well as their knowledge of relevant public policies.
Our program management experience ranges from project development and meeting services, to grant proposal writing and grantee compliance monitoring. We offer strategic input to program design and implementation as well as overall program management for community development initiatives.
