At BCT Partners, we believe that accelerating equity starts with us. We can't help our clients to increase opportunities for their employees if we are not leading the way.
This employee resource group was created as a supportive and collaborative space for women employees to discuss and raise awareness of personal and professional matters and foster experiences encouraging BCT women to thrive.
