Description

All Americans—including people with disabilities and older adults—should be able to live at home with the supports they need, participating in communities that value their contributions. The mission of the Administration for Community Living (ACL), within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is to maximize the independence, well-being, and health of older adults, people with disabilities across the lifespan, and their families and caregivers. ACL strives to ensure that all people, regardless of age and disability, live with dignity, make their own choices, and participate fully in society. To accomplish this, ACL brings together the efforts and achievements of the Administration on Aging, the Administration on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act programs, and the HHS Office on Disability to serve as the Federal agency responsible for increasing access to community supports, while focusing attention and resources on the unique needs of older Americans and people with disabilities across the lifespan.

The award is an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an option to extend from 1/22/2029 to 7/21/2029. 

 

Scope of Services

The IDIQ will be used as a means of providing services to ACL of varying scope and duration, and a mix of quick-turnaround projects (up to 6 months), mid-term projects (9-12 months), and more substantial tasks. Task orders under this IDIQ will be issued under six Functional Areas. BCT has been awarded the IDIQ for Functional Areas 2 and 6 listed below:

  1. Feasibility, Pilot, Evaluation, Policy Analysis, and Program-Related Projects

  2. Data Analysis and Statistical Projects

  3. Communications Projects

  4. Technical Assistance and Training Projects

  5. Logistical Support Projects

  6. Other General Services
