BCT PARTNERS/FEI SYSTEMS WIN SAMHSA BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION CONTRACT
Since 2010, FEI Systems successfully managed and enhanced the Web Block Grant Application System (WebBGAS) for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). This year, the WebBGAS RFP was issued as a small business opportunity. FEI teamed with BCT Partners, a minority-owned, small disadvantaged business enterprise for the bid.
The BCT Partners/FEI System Team successfully won the WebBGAS Task Order, which began September 1, 2018. The WebBGAS Task Order includes a Base Year and 4 Option Years. The overall value is approximately $2M per year for a 5-year total of approximately $11M.
WebBGAS is a mission-critical online grants management, data collection, and reporting application. It is the mechanism through which all States, territories, and jurisdictions submit their SAMHSA Block Grant applications. WebBGAS is also a data collection and reporting application augmented by a data warehouse, collecting SAMHSA performance outcome measures. With a repository of 150 Standard Reports, WebBGAS supports extensive data reporting for federal and state users.
