We engaged BCT after conducting a rigorous national search because of their holistic approach to DEI. BCT’s comprehensive suite of assessments is designed to identify diversity-related workforce issues and equity-related practice deficiencies in providers’ treatment of culturally and linguistically diverse patients. The resulting data from these assessments became the foundation for our system’s first comprehensive DEI Strategic Plan.
