Our past performance in this area includes formative assessments, summative evaluations and overall planning assistance with local, regional and national initiatives. SIN 874-4, Training Services. In the area of Training Services, BCT Partners customizes our suite of off-the-shelf training packages to produce all of the materials necessary to implement a course for participants, trainers and course administrators. This typically includes a participant’s workbook, presentation slides, trainer’s manual and all supporting documentation associated with individual exercises and group activities. Our past performance in this area includes individual, independent, stand-alone courses as well as suites and combinations of interrelated courses as part of a comprehensive curriculum. BCT proposed conducting the following courses under a resultant MOBIS contract: Team Building, Networking for Success, and Public Speaking and Communication. SIN 874-7, Program and Project Management Services. BCT Partners’ Program and Project Management Services offer assistance along the entire continuum of a program or project’s lifecycle. From definition and planning to implementation and execution to debriefing and learning, we support each of these distinct phases with program management and general project oversight. We further augment these activities via needs assessments, organizational assessments, staffing assessments, resource development, fundraising, grant writing, partnership development, policy and procedure development, and handbook or guidebook production. Our past performance in this area has involved both managing entire projects on behalf of our clients, managing specific programs within the context of a broader set of programmatic activities, and integrating new or existing program efforts.
