BCT Partners renews contract with HUD
Newark, NJ – March 10, 2009
BCT Partners, a minority-owned consulting firm located in Newark, NJ, today renewed its Option Year 1 contract with the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Public and Indian Housing to perform expediter services for HOPE VI troubled grantees. Under this contract, valued at more than $4 million, BCT will assist HOPE VI grantees with achieving their grant requirements, organizing a work plan, and implementing a revitalization plan. BCT will also assist grantees with organizational development, help grantees with financial literacy, provide technical assistance with negotiations with key community stakeholders, and other HOPE VI development related issues. Quadel Consulting is BCT’s subcontractor for this work.
